The town’s ACP limited his comments on the matter at the time and said that she died under “suspicious circumstances.” Further adding that the cause of death will be determined after her postmortem report.

Her colleagues, however, talked to Dainik Bhaskar after her tragic demise. They revealed that Fatima was under immense work stress which might’ve contributed to her health complications.

These sudden deaths of employees due to work overload have caught the attention of the government and opposition leaders as well. Samajwadi Party leader, Akhilesh Yadav called this a great loss to the country’s human resources and blamed BJP for the economic crisis that has led to such events.

There haven’t been any remarks from the ruling party on the Lucknow incident. However, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman came under fire when she opined on the death of the young woman in Pune, with many calling her remarks insensitive.
