The clip allegedly shows the husband of Instagram influencer hemachoudhary986 performing a symbolic “pind daan” ritual for his living wife after reportedly becoming upset over her social media content.

According to claims circulating online, the man was unhappy that his wife continued posting bold Instagram reels and exclusive content despite his objections. In Hindu tradition, pind daan is generally performed for deceased family members. By conducting the ritual for a living person, the man appeared to symbolically declare that she was “dead” to him and his family.

In the viral video, the man is seen standing in the Ganga River while holding a garlanded photo frame of the woman and speaking emotionally. The clip later shows him throwing the framed photo, flowers, and ritual items into the river. Some portions of the video also appear to show him disrespecting the photograph during the ritual.
