Horror: 5 Street Dogs Surround A Child

A shocking video has been going viral over the internet which is scaring people all around. In the video a young boy is seen surrounded by five dogs in a neighborhood. The dogs eventually attacked the boy and scratched him dangerously until he was saved.

The incident occurred in Ghaziabad district of Uttar Pradesh. The boy got extremely scared and was shouting for help. A delivery agent who was nearby saw the incident and went to save the kid but until then he was already scratched a number of times by the dogs.

The event has angered the local residents who are concerned about their safety from these stray dogs. They are also complaining about the dog lovers who harbour these strays by feeding them.

Earlier the government had proposed a plan to remove all stray dogs for the G20 events. This plan was however taken back after a lot of criticism. Now citizens are raising questions why such a plan is considered only for events like G20 and not when it comes to the safety of people.
