The individual in question is Rakesh, a businessman hailing from Dwarka. He resorted to an extreme method for his theft scheme. Rakesh dug a hole that led to a pipeline located 40 meters away, from which he extracted oil. After each theft, he would conceal the hole with husk and fodder. Rakesh continued this illegal activity for a significant period until the police discovered the source and traced it back to him.
It was revealed that the source of the pipeline was the Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) in Dwarka. Rakesh used a valve and pipe to access the oil source within an underground tunnel. At present, Rakesh has been arrested and is undergoing questioning regarding the massive theft. Additionally, he is facing charges related to damage to public property and violations of the Explosive Substances Act. Further updates on the case will be provided shortly.
