Viral Video: 11,000 Liters Milk Wasted as Kids Die of Hunger

The recent news from the Narmada River and a government school in Mahoba has raised serious questions. On one side, eleven thousand liters of milk were poured into the river during a religious ritual. On the other side, school children were given highly diluted milk under the mid-day meal scheme. Every child deserves proper nutrition.

This contrast is painful. While some people express faith by offering large amounts of food to rivers, many children are not getting even basic nutrition. No one wants to question anyone’s faith. Different religions have different practices. But calling every act devotion without thinking about its real impact is not practical.

A true spiritual guide never promotes such waste. A real baba is selfless and shows the right path to connect with God. He does not create unnecessary rituals that cause harm or loss.

God, in any religion, does not demand material offerings. True devotion lies in kindness and humanity. Helping the poor, feeding the hungry, and giving water to the thirsty are the real forms of prayer.

If someone wants to offer a chadar, give it to a homeless person shivering on the road. If someone lights a candle, light it in a house filled with darkness. If there is milk, give it to a hungry child.

This is the true meaning of faith and humanity.
