In a shocking and disheartening incident that happened in the upscale neighborhood of Wanawadi’s Ganga Satellite Housing Society in Pune, a man was punched to death by his wife for not taking her on a trip to Dubai.
The incident claimed the life of 36-year-old Nikhil Khanna as his wife Renuka Jakher Khanna (36-38) beat him to death.
The lady wanted to celebrate her birthday in Dubai and also receive costly gifts on the occasion on 18 September but this wasn’t fulfilled by her husband. Ever since there has been a clash in the family.
On Friday night, the clash intensified and the wife ended up bashing the victim on his nose, as a result of which he bled heavily. He was rushed to the hospital immediately for medical attention.
The punch was so devastating that his jaw broke and a few of his teeth fell out. So the medical intervention was of decisive importance. But sadly for the victim, he lost his life due to the impact of the incident. He died while receiving treatment. The woman was taken into custody and is being questioned by the police.
