“One Piece” is an anime that has garnered a massive fan following over decades, with over 1000 episodes and ongoing. It is a part of The Big 3, “Naruto” one piece and “Bleach” which are most popular and longest running animes. The recent live adaptation of the anime on Netflix was a huge success, leading to the announcement of a One Piece Thanksgiving parade to celebrate. However, an unexpected incident during the parade became a topic of laughter for everyone.
In the parade, a colossal balloon shaped like Luffy, the main protagonist, burst at the hat part upon contact with a tree. While Luffy remained mostly intact, his beloved hat suffered the brunt, sparking various amusing reactions on social media.
Some blamed the burst on Buggy, a character from the series, while others found humor in the protagonist’s inability to protect his cherished piece of attire. Comparisons were drawn to “Jujutsu Kaisen,” another popular anime, where the protagonist was deemed more responsible. Check out the funny video capturing the incident.
