Policeman Gets Beaten Up

Videos of police using brute force on suspects and criminals have often gone viral on social media. But a bizarre and shocking video has surfaced from Uttar Pradesh where a person who was stopped by the policemen for driving on the wrong side loses his cool and thrashes the Sub Inspector.

The incident happened in Firozabad district where the traffic police team were enforcing the necessary traffic safety rules for the road safety week. Police said that the man was trying to drive on the wrong side of the road and when stopped, started arguing with the constable. The man is also accused of verbally abusing the police. When the Traffic Sub Inspector interfered, the man pushed him to the ground to beat him. During the altercation, the man even tore the uniform of the Sub Inspector. All this happened in the presence of several other police officers who tried to stop him.

The accused man, Digvijay Singh claims to be a lawyer and in the video he can be seen threatening the police officers with numerous charges under IPC. He also accused the police of harassing him. The man was taken to the police station where the complaint will be lodged against him. The police ensured that the right action will be taken against him.
