Ramanandana faces fresh notices in visa case

Trouble is growing for YouTuber Ramanandana as the visa fraud controversy takes another turn. After appearing before Ibrahimpatnam police, she has now been issued fresh notices in connection with another case from Prakasam district.

Ramanandana was questioned for several hours over allegations involving UK visas, jobs and Certificates of Sponsorship. Police have asked her to appear again on September 16 as they continue checking the complaints and financial transactions.

Meanwhile, a separate case was already registered at Addanki over allegations involving Destiny Consultancy. Complainants have alleged that money was collected in 2023 on promises of visa renewals and overseas employment, but the promised services were not provided.

The Addanki angle gained more attention when alleged victims reached Ibrahimpatnam after learning that Ramanandana was there for questioning. One complainant from Addanki has alleged that around RS 20 lakh was paid in instalments after contacting Ramanandana and her husband, though these allegations are yet to be established.

Ramanandana has denied wrongdoing and told police that her husband handled Destiny Consultancy and that she had no role in its affairs. Police are now examining the claims, transactions and the people involved.

With another round of questioning scheduled for September 16, the investigation is far from over.
