Viral Video of Red Bull Pakodas: Dangerous Food Craze

Food trends on social media are getting stranger by the day. What was once a space for creativity has now become a zone where shock value beats common sense. Many street vendors and influencers seem more focused on attention than safety.

A recent viral video showed a street vendor frying pakodas in an energy drink instead of oil. Similar clips online show people cooking with alcoholic liquids as well. This is not innovation but a worrying move away from basic food safety.

Such experiments bring synthetic ingredients and chemicals into foods that were never meant to be cooked this way. What looks quirky on video can actually be harmful. These snacks are not fun or creative; they may be downright unsafe.

One X post highlighted how this reckless behaviour continues without checks. With the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) barely intervening, public awareness becomes even more important. People may try viral trends without realising the long term health risks.

The need for strict monitoring and better hygiene standards in street food has never been more urgent. Viral fame must not come at the cost of public health.
