A disturbing incident was reported in Uttar Pradesh. A newly married couple from Lucknow was travelling from Azamgarh to Luckluck on 25 October. Before reaching the Purvanchal Expressway toll plaza, they stopped their car on the roadside.
The couple began kissing inside the car, assuming they were in a private space. But toll manager Ashutosh Biswas watched them through the CCTV camera. He zoomed in and recorded their private moment without their knowledge.
He then went to them on his bike and threatened them. He took thirty two thousand rupees from the couple and later made the video viral on social media. This has caused widespread anger and shock among people.
Many believe the toll manager did something extremely wrong. Recording or sharing someone’s private moments is a serious violation. There are already several complaints against him, and strict action is expected soon.
This incident also serves as a reminder. Private moments should not be done in open places. Such situations can lead to blackmail or misuse. Staying careful in public areas is always safer.
