Virat & Dhoni Turn Saints: New Low in Journalism

Indian news channels have always been flooded with trolls and insults for their underwhelming and irrelevant reporting of news.

While most of the news channels fill their time slots with repetitive debates, many cover out-of-the-blue topics rather than covering essential news pieces.

As journalism gets more and more diluted, a recent post by NDTV has been buzzing around the internet to show how low journalism has been these days.

The post showcases Indian cricketers as Saints in the ongoing Maha Kumbh festivities. NDTV aims to show cricketers like Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni as saints with the help of AI.

While fans trolled the news network heavily for its irrelevant and unprofessional showcase of delivering news, many stated that the channel has lost its value.

People were seemingly sad to see a high-profile news network turn into a laughing stock over the years.

As journalism has always been a topic of debate in India, with the recent news showcased by prime news channels like NDTV, the country certainly needs a strong and reliable news source.
