Axar Patel and Jasprit Bumrah shared a funny moment on social media that quickly caught fans’ attention. A short video from the Indian camp went viral, showing the players enjoying a relaxed break together.
Axar Patel was spending time with younger teammates and learning Snapchat tricks. Arshdeep Singh appeared to be guiding him through the app’s features. The moment showed Axar trying something new and enjoying the interaction.
Jasprit Bumrah noticed this and jokingly pulled Axar up in a light hearted manner. In the video, Bumrah teased Axar for suddenly copying youngsters despite never doing such things earlier in his career.
Bumrah even told Axar’s Snapchat followers not to take him seriously. Axar reacted calmly but looked slightly awkward. Arshdeep Singh later joined the conversation and teased Axar about being scolded by Bumrah.
The playful chat reflected the friendly mood inside the Indian dressing room. Arshdeep said one should always keep a childlike heart, and Axar agreed. He even asked Arshdeep to teach Bumrah some Snapchat tricks.
India comfortably defeated Namibia in their Group A match, which eased pressure in the camp. The team has now shifted focus to the upcoming match. India will face Pakistan on February 15 in a highly anticipated clash.
