Indian Test Team: Senior Blocks Rising Star?

Dhruv Jurel has been proving himself time and again, scoring runs at lightning speed while playing with India A.

His last few innings with India A have been nothing but phenomenal, where he has scored 68, 94, 53*, and 52, just to name a few.

But despite having such red-hot form, Jurel not being included in the India team is a pure tragedy, as he has to compete directly with Rishabh Pant for the spot of WK-Batter.

And with Pant’s good record in England, as well as his being declared as the VC of the team, it doesn’t look like Jurel would be given a spot anytime soon.

Despite this, fans of the player remain hopeful that destiny will show some gratitude towards the young talent in the near future, at least giving him a few chances to play for his nation, owing to the fact that he has been performing like no other with paramount consistency.
