A video has been going viral on the internet that shows a clearly frustrated Jitesh Sharma trying to convince the guards that he was invited inside.
When the guards didn’t seem to be convinced by him, the cricketer had to call Dinesh Kartik to come to rescue.
Social media users were quick to react to this as they trolled Jitesh, accusing him of freeloading by using his connections rather than buying an actual ticket.
Things got so out of hand that Dinesh Kartik had to give a so-called clarification on X, saying that he was the one who invited Jitesh to the media box.
While this may be Dinesh Kartik’s version, the public trolled Jitesh anyway, mocking him for allegedly trying to flex his IPL win for getting inside the pious premises of the home of cricket.
