Rajinikanth’s Jailer 2 Wild Cameo: D Blast in Theaters?

Rajinikanth’s most anticipated sequel Jailer 2 directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, is gearing up for a worldwide theatrical release on October 15th. With only a few days left until the release, pre-bookings for the film have started in many centres and are happening at a brisk pace.

Since the announcement of Jailer 2, Kollywood fans have been curiously waiting to see which star actors have done cameo roles in the film, as one of the major reasons for the massive success of the original Jailer was the powerful cameos by actors Mohanlal and Shiva Rajkumar.

While Nelson Dilipkumar has already confirmed through the trailer that, apart from Mohanlal and Shiva Rajkumar, actors like SJ Suryah, Vidya Balan, Suraj Venjaramoodu and Mithun Chakraborty are part of the film, Vijay Sethupathi has confirmed that he has done a cameo role as well.

Also, sources suggest that apart from these actors, Nelson Dilipkumar still has some surprise cameo appearances in the film, including Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan.

In this scenario, a wild rumour is now spreading on social media that actor Dhanush has played a cameo role in the film and the Jailer 2 team is trying to hide it as much as possible to surprise the audience.

Even though many people do not believe this rumour and claim that it is baseless, the people spreading it suggest that industry insiders who have already watched Jailer 2 have confirmed it, stating that Dhanush appears in an important sequence in the film.

However, these types of wild rumours are common before the release of a pan-Indian biggie. Therefore, it remains to be seen whether Dhanush really appears in a cameo role in Jailer 2 or whether it is just a random social media rumour upon its release on October 15th.
