Can Kamal Haasan-Anirudh Match Rajinikanth’s Magic?

Ever since the official announcement of Kamal Haasan’s upcoming film Sandiyar directed by SU Arun Kumar was dropped, social media has been flooded with discussions about the film.

One among them is that many people, after watching the first look poster, were highly surprised by Anirudh Ravichander coming on board to the project as the music composer.

This is because they noted that among Kamal Haasan‘s last three films, other than Thug Life, both Indian 2 and Vikram’s musical albums were composed by Anirudh Ravichander.

Also, apart from Sandiyar, Kamal Haasan has two other films in the lineup, which are an action film with fight masters Anbariv and the highly anticipated KH×RK. Sources suggest that Anirudh Ravichander is going to compose the music for both these films as well.

Therefore, many people feel it seems like Kamal Haasan also wants only Anirudh Ravichander to compose musical albums for his films, similar to his friend, superstar Rajinikanth, who has mostly collaborated with Anirudh Ravichander over the last few years.

Meanwhile, many Kamal Haasan fans are curious about whether Kamal Haasan and Anirudh Ravichander will also emerge as an iconic duo of Kollywood, similar to the Rajinikanth–Anirudh duo.

However, it remains to be seen whether Anirudh will deliver cult-classic albums for Kamal Haasan as well, and whether Kamal Haasan, with his help, will reclaim his throne in the future.
