Recently, the Sivakarthikeyan Fan Club’s Social Welfare Movement meet took place in Chennai, during which the actor shared the humiliation he faced from a producer in the early stage of his career and it is now going viral on social media, sparking heated discussions.

Sivakarthikeyan stated that when he entered the cinema and did a few films, some of his fans came to the shooting spot. At that time, a producer who produced his films was there and reportedly asked who they were.

He claimed that he told him they were his fans, to which the producer reportedly teased him, saying, Oh, do you have fans? and also suggested to him that they were just temporary and came only out of a craze.

However, Sivakarthikeyan objected and told him that they would always be there. At this, the producer got angry with him and asked if fans would be there. But will you survive in this industry?

Pointing to that incident, he stated that now it is 2026, more than 2,000 fans have gathered for this Sivakarthikeyan Narpani Iyakkam meet and he felt proud.

Even though Sivakarthikeyan did not mention the name of the producer, many people on social media are assuming that it might be either Dhanush or Studio Green’s K E Gnanavel Raja, as they were the two producers who frequently produced Sivakarthikeyan’s films during his initial stages.

However, these assumptions have now broken out into a fan war because some Sivakarthikeyan fans are trolling Dhanush by claiming that Sivakarthikeyan has now reached a good position in the industry, whereas Dhanush, who teased him, is now struggling to survive.

In response to this, Dhanush fans are defending their idol and claiming that the producer mentioned by Sivakarthikeyan was not Dhanush. They added that if Sivakarthikeyan intended to criticize Dhanush, then it is evident that Sivakarthikeyan is the most selfish person in the Kollywood industry, as they claim Dhanush was the one who elevated Sivakarthikeyan into a prominent actor with Ethir Neechal.
