Vijay Sethupathi Controversy: Vijay TV Breaks Silence

Vijay TV clarifies Vijay Sethupathi’s Bigg Boss Tamil 10 remarks.

Vijay Sethupathi‘s comments on Bigg Boss Tamil 10 have landed him in a political controversy. During the show, Sethupathi made some remarks about leadership, promises and responsibility. They were enough for a section of viewers to connect them with actor Vijay and his political entry, even though Sethupathi did not take his name.

The issue did not stop there. The comments were discussed heavily by Vijay‘s supporters and political circles, and an AIADMK leader also came out in support of Sethupathi. With the matter getting bigger, Vijay TV has now given its side on what happened inside the Bigg Boss house.

Vijay TV has now made its position clear. The channel reportedly said that the comments were made in the context of the situations and discussions inside the Bigg Boss house. It also clarified that they should not be connected to any person, organisation or political ideology outside the show.

With the channel now distancing the remarks from any political interpretation, the controversy has taken another turn. The question is whether this clarification will settle the issue or keep the debate going.
