The passenger reached the gate at 07:08, but was still refused entry. After this, he requested an escort to exit the terminal. Unfortunately, the wait for the escort lasted over an hour.

Distress for Mother and Child While Waiting

At the same time, a young mother and her daughter faced a troubling situation. The child needed to use the restroom but was repeatedly asked to wait to avoid missing their escort.

Sadly, the girl eventually soiled herself in the crowded waiting area. Witnesses called the moment humiliating for both the mother and child.

Insensitive Staff and Delayed Assistance

When the escort finally arrived 21 minutes later, staff dismissed the mother’s concerns, saying commuters were free to use the bathroom anytime.

This response was seen as cold and lacking compassion by many observers.

Passenger Criticises British Airways for Poor Service

The passenger criticised British Airways for its inefficient and inhumane processes. The incident shows how airline staff must be trained to handle situations with empathy and understanding.
