8 Year Old Orders AK-47 Online!

News about kids spending their parents’ money on games and online products is quite common these days. But have you ever heard about an eight-year-old browsing the dark web to buy an AK-47 assault rifle? Maybe not, but this bizarre thing actually happened in the Netherlands.

Barbara Gemen, a woman from the Netherlands, shared the story about her kid’s involvement in cybercrime. In a strange and extremely dangerous case of unsupervised internet access by children, a kid gained access to the dark web and secretly bought many dangerous items, including an AK-47. According to her, the kid learned hacking at a very young age and started buying things without paying.

This has raised many questions about parental involvement and adult supervision for kids using the internet. People feel concerned about how easily a kid could gain access to such dangerous things online. The woman said that she didn’t have any knowledge about what her kid did. She returned the gun to the police and informed them about the incident. The police took no legal action against anyone.

The incident has irked the general public, and they are fuming over it. Some are criticizing parents for not supervising their children over the internet, while others blame the authorities for not being able to do anything in such a case. This serves as a horrifying reminder to protect children as they venture into the world of the internet.
