America Is Breaking: Illegals Causing Trouble!

If you have heard about the immigrant crisis in the USA and just wondering how big the problem is, these numbers might just help you get a better idea of the situation. New York City itself is projected to spend more than $1 Billion on hotel accommodations alone for the next three years on illegal immigrants residing in the country. And that amount is just for the accommodation, the total expense incurred to the city is much higher.

It is estimated that the total cost of the migrant crisis on the city would be as high as $12 billion. The residents of New York are not happy about it and how would they be thinking about all the good things that could have been done with that money.

On an average night, they are currently harboring over 57,300 illegals in care facilities. This amounts to a total expenditure of $300 million per month and $3.6 billion a year. The city of New York is struggling from other problems like infrastructure as well. People are arguing if that money could’ve been better spent on improving the quality of life in the city.

Residents of Staten Island even staged a protest the immigrants. They tried to block the buses carrying the immigrants. The police intervened and has arrested many of those protestors.
