Cancer Vaccine Free for All: Too Good to Be True?

It is rare to hear positive news coming out of Russia amidst an accelerating war against Ukraine but their doctors have potentially found a groundbreaking cure for cancer.

The Russian Ministry of Health told the media that they have developed an mRNA vaccine against cancer. The pre-clinical trials have shown positive results, suppressing tumor development and metastases.

They have announced that it will soon be available to all cancer patients for free in early 2025. It is a positive approach as such vaccines with the potential to help millions across the globe should be easily accessible to all without thinking of personal profits.

However, netizens remain skeptical of this news as no research has been made public. They pointed out how cancer has many different types and one vaccine for all sounds too good to be true.

People asked for more testing at a larger scale to find the real efficacy of this vaccine. If it is true though it will be a revolutionary step in the field of medicine, eliminating one of the deadliest diseases.
