Netizens didn’t hold back as one of them brutally said, “Kiss goodbye to your US dreams.” Others asked for the consultancy’s name, hinting that this might be part of a wider visa scam already on the embassy’s radar.

The applicant still hoped he could switch to a student or tourist visa. However, once your H-1B is flagged like this, the chances of getting any other US visa are close to zero.
