Virginia’s DUMFRIES The Prince William County Police Department is investigating a disturbing incident in Dumfries in which a nude man attacked a lady and laughed. Tuesday’s event occurred along Potomac River Boulevard and Potomac Shores Parkway soon before 10 a.m. The 51-year-old victim said that an unknown male approached her from behind and attacked her without speaking.
She was astonished to find the nude man smiling and disappearing into the neighboring woods when she turned around. The woman left the area and called the police out of fear. Fortunately, no one was hurt in the assault. The suspect is a guy between 25 and 35 years old with medium-length black hair and 180 pounds, according to police.
