The Telugu region comprising Andhra Pradesh and Telangana have had this craze for studying abroad for a long time now. Many students are driven to countries like the US, Canada, UK, Australia and Germany in search of a better opportunity.

The region is also famous for students showing interest in STEM and hence they look for the best opportunity possible in that field.

Students see studying abroad as a valid investment for the return that is promised and hence are not reluctant to spend high tuition fees and maintain an expensive cost of living.

Indians spent a total of $37 billion studying abroad in 2019 but that number is projected to be more than $70 billion by 2025.

One of the major reasons behind this is not having the same opportunities in India.

The job prospects that the foreign universities offer are much more lucrative than Indian colleges.
