BB8: Vishnupriya Is No More A Title Favourite

In Bigg Boss Season 8, Sonia Akula found herself on the receiving end of criticism. Her close interactions with two male contestants, Nikhil and Prithvi, raised eyebrows. Many viewers were uncomfortable with what they saw as inappropriate behavior. Social media buzzed with viral videos showing Sonia’s awkward and, at times, uncomfortable interactions with both Nikhil and Prithvi.

Interestingly, after Sonia’s exit, it seems that Vishnupriya stepped in to fill her place, particularly in her relationship with Prithvi. From the beginning, Vishnupriya had shown interest in Prithvi but found it difficult to connect with him while Sonia was in the picture. With Sonia gone, Vishnupriya spends more time with Prithvi, but she seems to have lost focus on the game entirely.

Currently, as the housemates tackle the hotel task, Vishnupriya’s contributions have been minimal. She is barely seen in the main episodes or promos, except for a few romantic moments with Prithvi. Instead of trying to prove her mettle in the game, she seems content to linger in the background. Her lack of involvement has even prompted wild card entrants to nominate her, criticizing her for not playing the game.

Altogether, it looks like Vishnupriya is out of the title race completely and we have to see how things will fare for her. She is definitely in the danger zone this week and might also be eliminated.
