Netflix has dropped the trailer of their upcoming series, Dead Boy Detectives. The comedy series comes from the author of The Sandman, a critically acclaimed masterpiece among the graphic novels.
Dead Boy Detectives is based on the DC Comics characters created by Neil Gaiman and Matt Wagner. It is about two teenage ghosts who set on an adventure to solve mysteries brought to them by supernatural forces, which is their main clientele.
The first season of the show features George Rexstrew, Kassius Nelson, Jayden Revri, Briana Cuoco, Joshuo Colley. The trailer suggests that Dead Boy Detectives is going to use comedy while trying to explore themes like death.
