We can expect an official documentary announcement anytime now! The team behind the project including producers, directors and editors is yet to be officially announced. However, in the past a collaboration between Salman Khan Films, Excel Entertainment and Tiger Baby was in news as they had planned to collaborate on the Salim-Javed documentary.
It is interesting to note that Zoya Akhtar, Farhan Akhtar and Salman Khan plan to bring their parents’ legacy to the world in the form of a documentary. The film will span across various decades, and we can expect major stress on 1970s and 80s, that being the peak of success for the duo.
