After the recent outrage over Prime Video’s sudden outage, JioHotstar users are now facing an even worse experience.
Earlier today, users logged in to binge-watch their favourite shows and movies, only to find the platform showing a “Something Went Wrong” error. No content could be viewed, leaving users stuck with just two visible tabs Home and Sports.
The error confused many, who began questioning what had gone wrong with the JioHotstar servers. The issue surfaced soon after Prime Video also went offline briefly in India and parts of Europe.
Although JioHotstar’s layout and functionality eventually recovered, users remain unhappy. Many have already been frustrated with poor streaming quality and frequent advertisements interrupting their viewing experience.
Now, with this latest platform shutdown, some subscribers are even considering ending their memberships a clear sign that JioHotstar’s technical troubles are testing user patience.
