Junior-level jobs (2-5 years of experience) have seen the highest growth in hiring, followed by mid-level and senior-level positions. Junior-level hiring was 35%, mid-level was 23%, and senior-level was 17%.
Specialists in the OTT sector earn competitive salaries, similar to those in the tech sector. Employees with 5 to 10 years of experience in digital content production and marketing can earn substantial packages.
Salaries can fluctuate based on the project or location, meaning pay can increase or decrease depending on the specific job or timing.
