Kohra, a series by Netflix starring Barun Sobti, is being loved by the audience. Cleanslatz Films, produced by Anushka Sharma, has already set the bar high for this series. With its fantastic storytelling and brilliant cinematography, Kohra which deals with the complexities of hidden truth and dark side of Punjab, has been able to make its mark among the many murder mysteries. The case revolves around the murder of an NRI leads to a gripping narrative under the direction of Randeep Jha.

People are already crazy over Barun Sobti, the handsome man who rose from serials like “Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon” to movies and shows like “Asur” and “Halahal.” Alongside Barun, fans are showering love on another person who has made a comeback with Kohra, Rachel Shelley. She is the lady who played “Elizabeth aka Gori Mem” in Aamir Khan’s “Lagaan” and has now returned to Hindi cinema with “Kohra”. In “Lagaan” she played an important role of a British aristocrat woman who helped Bhuvan in learning the rules of cricket. With this new series, she plays a mysterious character named Clara and fans immediately recognized her as “Gori Mem”. It was so surprising that people still remember her small yet significant role even after 2 decades.

Rachel Shelley, the English actress known for movies like “The L Word” and “Photographing Fairies,” as well as the BBC series “Casualty,” was last seen in the 2022 film “Blank” directed by Claire Rivers.
