The fans have always been excited for Zack Snyder, even just during his DC days. The release of “Justice League: Snyder Cut” tells the tale of how far his fans can go, and Snyder, along with Netflix, is trying to reward them with something special.
Previously, Twitter was continuously flooded with comments and pleas for Netflix to buy WB’s property, the Snyderverse. But not every journey is a fairytale, and for obvious reasons, it didn’t come to fruition. Now, Netflix and Snyder are creating their own form of happiness.
Snyder has just confirmed that “Rebel Moon” and “Army Of The Dead” will share the same universe.
In 2021, Zack Snyder launched “Army of the Dead” with Dave Bautista and Ella Purnell battling zombies in Las Vegas. This led to a sequel, “Army of Thieves.” The animated series, “Army of the Dead: Lost Vegas,” is still in the works, and it serves as the connection between both films.
Snyder mentioned that at a certain point in the show, the characters enter a portal into another dimension and encounter characters there. He explained that in Rebel Moon, they find themselves in a bar, and one of the aliens is one of the characters from the animatic. This indicates that it is indeed a shared universe.
The first part of Rebel Moon will be releasing on Netflix on December 22nd, and the second part is set to be released on April 19th next year. A brand new poster has also been released, as Netflix continues to build up the hype.
