Sam Bahadur: Underwhelming Teaser On Great Hero

The teaser for the highly anticipated movie “Sam Bahadur” has just been released, providing us with a glimpse into the life of the legendary Indian army veteran Sam Manekshaw, popularly known as “Sam Bahadur.” He is one of the most revered and iconic figures in the Indian military, particularly for his pivotal role in the 1971 war against Pakistan. Manekshaw was a fascinating character known for his unwavering courage and his ability to stand up to even powerful figures like Indira Gandhi.

The film is directed by Meghna Gulzar, known for her nuanced work in movies like “Talvar” and “Raazi.” Taking on the monumental task of bringing Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw to the big screen, she has chosen Vicky Kaushal to play the lead role. Vicky Kaushal is widely recognized as one of the greatest actors of our generation, and his dedication to this role is evident in the short teaser.
