Among the many problems the users of SonyLIV are facing, the unresponsiveness of the platform’s customer service is a true headache.
People have been continuously complaining about the platform not working on TV but working perfectly well on smartphones, but the customer service is not paying any heed to the complaints.
One user says SonyLIV only notifies that the servers are busy. Otherwise the customer service is of no use at all.
Users have taken it to social media to complain about the issue but SonyLIV asks the users to check their DMs, promising them to resolve it quickly. But as the posts indicate, there has been no help in the DMs as well.
This is very problematic and users are having to suffer because of this unprofessional attitude of the platform. SonyLIV is competing with platforms like Netflix and Prime Video in India yet their service is in such a bad state.
The platform should immediately look into the issue and change their customer service policy soon if they wish their trust and goodwill not to be hampered.
