T-Series is bringing back one the biggest war films India has produced and it is likely to be another blockbuster. Sunny Deol’s Border 2 has set a 2026 release date for the war drama. The release date for the movie was dropped soon after it was announced by the producers and Sunny Deol himself.
Sunny Deol is coming back to his role after his memorable performance 27 years back in Border. Border became one of the most popular war films to be produced in India and Border 2 is likely to be a blockbuster as well.
Border 2 is going to be directed by Anurag Singh and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, JP Dutta and Nidhi Dutta. Apart from Sunny Deol, it is believed that Ayushmann Khurana is also going to star in the movie.
The shooting for the film is likely to begin in October. The producers want to release the movie around Republic day in 2026. The patriotic theme of the film is ideal for such a release. Border 2 will hit the big screens on 23rd of January, 2026.
