Kay Kay Menon’s premier crime thriller series Special Ops is back with another season on JioHotstar, and by the looks of it so far, viewers are calling it a decent watch.
The series showcases a strong cast including Kay Kay Menon, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Karan Tacker, and several other lead actors. While the plot looks compelling and interesting, viewers called it impressive at most.
Kay Kay Menon thrives again in his Himmat Singh avatar and has only one motive in mind: to eliminate India’s enemies. The fight this time involves the usage of Artificial Intelligence, hence keeping the main plot of the show mainstream.
Neeraj Pandey aimed to recreate the magic of the first season but failed to do so as fans called the show to be predictable. While the show has its moments, it does not replicate what the first season did and fails to leave a huge impact on the table.
Known for his effortless acting skills, Kay Kay Menon once again shines throughout the show along with Tahir Raj Bhasin. Fans also stated how Karan Tacker got less screentime as compared to the first season of the show but he still delivered.
All in all, fans call it a decent season for Special Ops with a predictable ending, and also fail to leave a lasting impression like the first season.
