Vijay Verma’s Upcoming Show on Jio Cinema Looks Promising

Vijay Verma is one such guy who needs no introduction. With movies like “Gully Boy” and “Super 30,” he came out as a reliable supporting character. And later became one of the leading characters after the OTT revolution. He has shown his immense talent with shows like “OK Computer” and “Dahaad”. With Jio Cinema’s “Kaalkoot”, he is back with a gripping tale.

“Kaalkoot” is the story of Sub-Inspector (SI) Ravishankar Tripathi who wants to resign from the police job after being fed up with the system. Dealing with the acid attack victims he comes across a convoluted story of a mysterious girl played by Shweta Tripathi. Will Ravishankar be able to know the reality of that girl?

The story seems pretty basic on the surface but has a deeper connection with the rooted lethal systems of India. Among the slate of multiple average shows coming from Jio studio, this seems to be a much more sincere work where they have genuinely worked on their quality.
