In a recent interview, Anubhav Sinha, who has directed films like Ra.One, Thappad, Article 15 and Tum Bin revealed some shocking secrets about Shah Rukh Khan and Ajay Devgn.
Anubhav Sinha had worked with Shah Rukh Khan in the 2011 film Ra. One that was a box office flop back then. However, The film is celebrated for its imaginative plot and fun songs today.

Anubhav plotted out two major points as to why the film failed. First was his shortcomings as a director. He believes that 50% of people liked the film while the other half disliked it.
But that can happen with any film.

Another reason, he said, was because, during that time, a lot of people in the industry wanted to bring down Shah Rukh Khan.
In the same interview, he revealed how it has been about 18 years since the director has talked to Ajay Devgn.

Anubhav had worked with Ajay in the 2007 film Cash which turned out to be a flop. Post that, the director tried to contact the actor however there was no response.
A few years ago, Ajay Devgn had tweeted about the CAA, and NRC protests, in which he appealed to the people to maintain peace. Anubhav Sinha had tweeted sarcastically on this tweet of Ajay, making people believe that this is where the two drifted apart.
But in this interview, Anubhav denies this as well.
He said that it wasn’t just Ajay, he had commented on the tweets of many other actors as well. Therefore, these comments couldn’t be the reason as well.
Despite this drift between the two, Anubhav said how he admires Ajay and his work a lot.
