Six 300 Cr’s – 1st For Young Star

In Bollywood, there are only six movies that have crossed the 300 Cr mark. Baahubali 2 is, of course, the top with more than 500 Cr. Leaving that, aside, all the other five feature a Khan, either Aamir Khan or Salman Khan, in it.

With Sanju, the Hindi film industry is going to get its seventh hundred, and it will be the first starring a young star. Ranbir Kapoor is going to be the one. It comes just at the right time because the young star has been going through a dull phase commercially for past few years that also includes all-time industry dud.

Brand Raju Hirani as a director grows further as it will be his second 300 Cr film after PK. Sanju has also crossed 500 Cr gross worldwide. However, it isn’t a first for a young hero as Ranveer Singh crossed that mark with Padmaavat earlier in the year.
