Shahrukh Khan announced on social media that he is traveling to New Delhi by train to promote his upcoming release ‘Raees’ and also mentioned the stations where the train would stop. Naturally, his die-hard fans thronged to get a glimpse of the star.

After the train left the station, the crowd became totally unruly and there was a huge stampede leading to the death of a fan and many others injured including some policemen. Who is responsible for the death and the injuries of the others?
