While many actresses have moved the industry with their heartbreaking stories of MeToo, Preity Zinta backlashed for her silly response on the burning topic of the film industry all over. Asked if she has a MeToo story, the actress said, “I wish I had, people treat you the way you want to be treated.” This is what made her troll prone.

People started to write off her on the internet calling her comments on the issue silly also her excuse to her comments that her interview was edited to make her statements insensitive, has even added fuel to the fire attracting more of the trolls. Finally, to calm down the negativity against her, the actress had to apologize for hurting the sentiments.

Later Preity posted a long letter clarifying what she actually meant. “I said I wish something like this would have happened to me because I would have reacted and slapped the person exposing the issue,” she wrote. Well, out of all stories, the renowned actress Preity’s message just messed it up all making her the poor casting couch response ever.
