He is constantly being trolled ever since this rumour has spread many campaigns calling him a pedophile and womaniser are running on social media.

But there is also another side of the media that is in support of Kartik Aaryan and saying that these are negative PR done by nepo-club against his rising fame. Some also compared his case with Sushant Singh Rajput and said now he is being cornered.
