Mental torture case filed on big summer film

In India cases are filed for the weird reasons, here is a shining example for it. A case has been filed recently in court by a customer for mental torture and harassment at cinemas for watching the recent Bollywood biggie ShahRukh’s Fan.

First of all the complainant was unhappy with the fact that the “Jabra’ song which was featured extensively in the promotion of the film was not present in the film. For this also he sought a compensation worth 19 lakhs that was to be deposited for welfare fund of consumer court.

It was followed by high ticket prices complaint and torture felt by the unappealing film. Hearing of the case will happen on April 22. Let us see how the court reacts to a case like this.
