Pakistan Film, Brutal Trolls: Worse Than Adipurush

Trailer of a Pakistani War movie.

India and Pakistan were heads-on this year after the Pahalgam incident that shook the nation. This resulted in India launching Operation Sindoor against the terrorist bases in Pakistan.

As tensions escalated between both nations, even Pak artists were banned by Indian associations from appearing in films.

However, it seems like Pakistan is not leaving any chance of getting ridiculed for its strange tactics.

Recently, a Pak film’s trailer has gone viral where the country’s army men are seen in war against their enemies.

Given that the country has never won any war yet, it is kind of ridiculous to see the makers trying to showcase the army as victorious and chivalrous as shown in the video clip.

Netizens also could not stop themselves from trolling the film’s trailer that has now gone viral on social media.

For instance, one user tweeted, “Inka disclaimer hota hoga- This has no relation to reality.”

Another one wrote, “I swear, the VFX budget must’ve been lower than Indian Web series budget and the fighter jets looked like they were copy-pasted from a 90s video game… The hero speaks like he’s reading a random script with blank eyes and a flat voice…”

At a time when artistic expression should aim to reflect truth or inspire unity, such laughable propaganda only deepens the credibility crisis of Pakistani cinema on the global stage.
