Ranbir Kapoor recently interacted with fans during an online live session to mark one year of his brand Arks. During the session, he spoke openly about his upcoming high profile film projects.
Ranbir said his biggest focus right now is Ramayana, which is slated for a Diwali release. He described the film as his immediate priority and said it has been made on a massive scale.
He assured fans that Ramayana will finally be delivered after a long production phase. His excitement made it clear that the project means a lot to him.
Because of this commitment, his next Sanjay Leela Bhansali film Love and War has been delayed. The film is expected to go on floors after Ramayana releases.
In Love and War, Ranbir will share screen space with his wife Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal in a love triangle. Reports suggest a January 22, 2027 release, though nothing is officially confirmed.
Ranbir also confirmed that Brahmastra 2 is still part of his lineup. The film has not started shooting yet due to his packed schedule.
He acknowledged that Brahmastra received mixed responses. He added that the team is keen to improve the franchise and promised that Brahmastra 2 could begin sooner than expected.
The actor also teased Animal Park, which is being developed after the success of Animal. The project will reunite him with Vanga.
Ending on an exciting note, Ranbir said he would be open to doing Rockstar 2 if Imtiaz Ali ever plans to make it.
