Revealed: Why Sanjay Dutt never met kids in Jail

Actor Sanjay Dutt recently got out of Pune’s Yerwada jail after completing his term in regards with 1993 Mumbai serial bomb blasts and his first wish was to meet his kids. Apparently, Dutt never allowed his children Iqra and Shahraan to visit him. The reason behind this was that the actor never wanted his children to see him in the jail blacks and white so he heavy heartedly never met his kids in jail.

At times, the actor was tempted and desperately wanted to see his kids, but he never called them to jail. It was his wife Manyata who supported Sanjay’s decision and helped him keep his resolution.

As for how Dutt spent his time inside, the actor now claims to be a bonafide shayar after becoming inspired by two inmates and their work and has himself written 500 shayaris in jail which he wishes to get published in a book.
