Coming to details, ‘Ghantewala Sweets’ brand is used in Shahrukh Khan’s recently released ‘Fan’. But the sweet shop owner isn’t happy as he claims that they had built the brand name with lot of effort since more than a couple of centuries. So, their claim seems to say that their brand is greater than Shahrukh Khan.

Hence the sweet shop owner sent a legal notice to Shahrukh Khan and the makers of the movie to remove the dialogues and the portions related to using their brand’s name on the sweet box that Shahrukh Khan as a fan takes to meet the superstar in the film.
