Teaser Talk: Why Dhanush’s Love Turned into Hate?

After a series of successful love stories, Anand L. Rai returns with Tere Ishq Mein, starring Dhanush and Kriti Sanon. The teaser, released on YouTube, surprised audiences with Dhanush’s intense new avatar.

The teaser offered only brief glimpses of the characters, with Arijit Singh’s voice and A. R. Rahman’s music setting the tone. Within hours, it crossed 1 million views, sparking strong excitement among fans.

The story follows Shankar (Dhanush) and Mukti (Kriti). In the teaser, Shankar interrupts Mukti’s pre-wedding ceremony and pours ganga jal on her, hinting at themes of love, sin, and redemption. Dhanush’s powerful dialogue has struck a chord with young audiences.

Fans are especially eager to see Dhanush reunite with Anand after their cult hit Raanjhanaa (2013). Many online users said the teaser felt like a nostalgic return to that era, with Rahman’s music adding to the impact.

Industry analysts believe Tere Ishq Mein could follow the success of Saiyaara, as audiences show more interest in emotional dramas than action-heavy films. Anand’s proven track record with Tanu Weds Manu and Raanjhanaa has only raised expectations.

Backed by Gulshan Kumar, T-Series, and Color Yellow Productions, the film will release on 28 November 2025 in Hindi and Tamil. Fans now await the trailer to see more of this much-anticipated romance drama.
