Back in the 1980s, HeMan rose in popularity. With immersive world-building and intriguing characters, the series “Masters of the Universe” garnered immense popularity among the younger audience. Soon enough, a movie was made, and, let’s just say, it left a huge window for improvements. In recent years, however, Hollywood has been edging us with the scope of a new movie that will explore the mythos of this character.
The point of concern is that every time there is any announcement regarding the movie, it either gets shelved or postponed. As per the latest developments, Nicholas Galitzine, known as Prince Robert from Cinderella, has been cast as He-Man in the live-action movie. Fans are not so happy with the cast, as the actor looks nothing like the iconic hero. Well, we just saw David Cornswet bulking up to fill in the boots of James Gunn’s Superman. The same can be hoped for Nicholas as well.
Nicholas is the fourth and latest entry on the list of actors who were announced as the lead heroes. All gone to dust with the movie being postponed over and over again ever since 2020. Funny enough, the audience has forgotten about any announcement ever made about a Masters of the Universe movie in making. Fans are bracing for disappointment as the movie aims for a definite release date of June 5, 2026.
